Vibe-Verse Phonics is an educational product and online platform operated by Vibe Verse Edu ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website at vibeverseedu.com, the free tutorial game, or the paid digital game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

When you purchase the Vibe-Verse Phonics Mega Bundle through Teachers Pay Teachers, you receive a single-classroom, non-transferable license to:

• Print and use the physical card materials for your classroom students
• Access the digital online game using your activation code
• Generate student access codes for your enrolled students

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the digital files or printable materials
• Share your activation code or login credentials with anyone outside your classroom
• Use the materials for commercial purposes, tutoring businesses, or multi-classroom use without a multi-seat license
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the game source code or content

To access the full digital game, you must create an account using a valid email address and activation code. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Accounts are for adult users only (18+). By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.

The Vibe-Verse Phonics Mega Bundle is sold exclusively through Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT). All purchases, billing, and refund requests are governed by TpT's refund and terms policies. We do not process payments directly.

Digital activation codes are non-refundable once redeemed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at support@vibeverseedu.com.

Links to the Teachers Pay Teachers store on this website are commercial links through which Vibe Verse Edu earns revenue when purchases are made. These links are clearly identified with labels such as "Get the Bundle on TpT" or "Sold via Teachers Pay Teachers."

We only link to our own products. We do not receive affiliate commissions from third-party products.

All content on this website and within the Vibe-Verse Phonics game — including card illustrations, character names, game mechanics, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of Vibe Verse Edu and is protected by copyright law.

The Vibe-Verse Phonics platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The educational outcomes described will be achieved in every classroom context
• The platform will be compatible with all devices or browsers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Verse Edu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in connection with such disputes.
