Student Code Not Working iPadCommon

  1. Refresh the page — Press the refresh button or swipe down on iPad
  2. Re-enter the code — Make sure it's typed exactly as shown (e.g., STAR-01)
  3. Check with your teacher — Verify the code is still active
💡 Pro Tip: Student codes are case-insensitive and automatically uppercase. Spaces are trimmed automatically.

🔧 If That Doesn't Work

  1. Clear Safari data (iPad):
    • Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
    • Return to game page and try again
  2. Check internet connection:
    • Make sure WiFi is connected
    • Try loading another website to verify
  3. Try Private Browsing:
    • Open a new Private tab in Safari
    • Navigate to the game page
    • Enter student code

iPad Compatibility Issues

Game works on computer but not iPad

  • Safari browser — Chrome and Firefox may have issues on iPad
  • Active internet connection — Game requires online access

  1. Enable JavaScript:
    • Settings → Safari → Advanced
    • Turn ON "JavaScript"
  2. Disable Content Blockers:
    • Settings → Safari → Content Blockers
    • Temporarily disable for vibeverseedu.com
  3. Allow Cross-Site Tracking (for game session):
    • Settings → Safari
    • Turn OFF "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" temporarily
    • Re-enable after playing

Forgot Password?

  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  • Check your email (including spam folder)
  • Follow the reset link

"Invalid email or password"

  1. Double-check your email address (no typos)
  2. Make sure Caps Lock is OFF
  3. Try copying and pasting your password
  4. Reset password if needed

"No game account found"

  • You need to register first with your activation code from TpT
  • Go to the game page and click "Register"
  • Enter your activation code from your PDF download
💡 First Time User? You must register with your activation code before you can log in. The code is in your TpT download bundle (look for "Digital Game Access" card).

Game Won't Load or Stuck Loading

Blank screen, infinite loading, or error messages

    • vibeverseedu.com must be whitelisted
    • Firebase domains must be allowed
    • Contact IT if blocked

Can't generate codes, codes not working, or dashboard won't load

Can't generate student codes?

  1. Make sure you're logged in with your teacher account
  2. Verify you have a paid account (activation code redeemed)
  3. Try refreshing the dashboard page
  4. Check that you haven't exceeded any limits (50 codes per batch)

Generated codes don't work?

  1. Check that codes are marked "active" in your dashboard
  2. Make sure students are entering the code exactly as shown
  3. Verify your internet connection is stable
  4. Try deactivating and regenerating codes

  • "You need a paid account" — Register with your activation code first
  • Dashboard won't load — Clear cache and refresh
  • Codes disappeared — They're still there, try refreshing
💡 Best Practice: Generate codes in small batches (10-15 at a time) and label them by class period or group. This makes management easier.

  1. Open your TpT download bundle (ZIP file)
  2. Look for the PDF labeled "Digital Game Access" or similar
  3. The code is printed on a card-style graphic
  4. Format: Usually 8-12 characters (letters and numbers)

"Invalid activation code"

  • Double-check for typos (O vs 0, I vs 1)
  • Make sure you're using the activation code, not a student code
  • Verify you purchased from the official TpT store
  • Contact support if code is definitely correct

"Code already used"

  • Each activation code can only be used once
  • If you already registered, just log in instead
  • If someone else used your code, contact support immediately
